Mega-Sena jackpot reaches R$100 million after no ticket wins
Both accounts report the same rollover and winning-number results, but one places more emphasis on the long odds and cost of larger bets while the other focuses on how and when players can enter the next draw.
No bettor matched the six numbers in Mega-Sena draw 3,067, held on Tuesday in São Paulo, sending the top prize to an estimated R$100 million for the next drawing on Thursday, October 8. The numbers drawn were 01, 04, 17, 33, 41 and 52.1
The two reports agree on the core outcome and on the prizes for lower-tier winners. Eighty-five tickets matched five numbers and will receive R$33,382.67 each, while 7,264 tickets matched four numbers, earning R$643.89 apiece.2
The Brazil Left account frames the rollover in terms of the game’s mathematics and escalating cost. It notes that a basic six-number ticket costs R$6 and puts the chance of matching all six numbers at one in 50,063,860. Selecting 15 numbers improves the stated odds to one in 10,003, but at a substantially higher price.1
The Brazil Right account, by contrast, concentrates on the mechanics of the next contest: entries can be made at lottery outlets or through the Caixa Loterias website and app until 8pm on draw day, ahead of the scheduled 9pm drawing. It also highlights options including the system-selected “Surpresinha” and repeat-entry “Teimosinha.”2
Neither report identifies a winner of the jackpot, because none emerged. Their difference is chiefly one of emphasis: one underscores the slim probability behind the headline prize, while the other offers a practical guide to joining the next draw.
